As a non-for-profit organization, St. Augustine Community Fund, Inc. dba St. Augustine Manor Retirement Community relies on monthly fees and monetary donations.
Currently, we are in the process of conducting phase one of a two-phase capital campaign to raise funds for major improvements to our beautiful, solid, 102 year-old building. Some of our needs are: new elevator, upgrade existing elevator, repair exterior of building, update electrical service panel, replace/update building wiring, upgrade security and lighting, upgrade phone system, replace windows, refurbish hallways, new carpeting, renovate apartments.
This is an exciting time for us, and you have the opportunity to be a part of this wonderful home for seniors. Your gifts help us to continue our mission of serving God by helping senior citizens live in a lovely, peace-filled home where they can nourish their faith and use their strengths.
